ABOUT DILLON

About Dillon

Since I was young, I have always had a natural gift for sitting with people who were hurting. I was the one who all my friends would come to when they were in pain or experiencing difficulties in their lives. It was a natural progression for me to enter the field of psychotherapy where I have practiced for the past 20 years.

I have an ability to navigate right to the heart your pain, helping you feel understood and validated. My role is that of a gentle guide, exploring past and present circumstances and negative messaging that you may have received from the various “helpers” in your life. Together, we can identify where you have accepted the message “I am not OK” in its myriad forms. In the process of therapy, we will bridge the gap between that authentic and beautiful self you have always been, and the one who is so much pain today.
